PKR96 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PKR96 ("PKR96", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on PKR96, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside the PKR96 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and PKR96. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms apply to that offer only; these general Terms govern all other matters.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on PKR96, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or business accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on PKR96 or any related platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing account on PKR96. Only one account per person is permitted.

PKR96 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed.

PKR96 does not permit duplicate accounts. If a player is found to hold more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — all accounts may be closed, bonuses forfeited, and net winnings recovered at PKR96's discretion.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKR96 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. PKR96 will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Ensure your password is strong and not reused from other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to PKR96 support immediately.

PKR96 is not liable for losses that result from a player sharing their credentials, whether intentionally or through negligence. Any activity carried out on your account before you report a compromise is considered your responsibility unless PKR96 can verify that the activity was fraudulent and occurred without your knowledge.

4 Deposits

All deposits on PKR96 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Bank transfer (inter-bank)
• Debit and credit cards

Deposits are credited to your PKR96 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically clear within minutes. Bank transfer timings depend on your bank's processing schedule and may take longer during weekends or public holidays.

PKR96 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned and the account flagged for review.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on PKR96 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. PKR96 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount, displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied.
• PKR96 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation into suspected irregular activity.
• Repeated deposit-and-withdrawal patterns without meaningful gaming activity may be treated as a violation of these terms.

Once a withdrawal request is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be reversed. If you submitted a withdrawal in error, contact PKR96 support immediately — cancellation may be possible if the request has not yet been processed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PKR96 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions that are published alongside each individual offer. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your PKR96 wallet and are tracked individually.

• PKR96 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in odds, pricing, or market parameters is identified prior to settlement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR96 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and recovery of associated funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be returned.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the PKR96 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game content, text, and data — is owned by or licensed to PKR96 and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any PKR96 content without prior written permission.
• The PKR96 name, logo, and branding may not be used in any third-party marketing, social media, or promotional material without explicit authorisation.
• Game content provided by third-party suppliers on the PKR96 platform is subject to those suppliers' own intellectual property rights.

Your right to access and use the PKR96 platform is a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal entertainment purposes only. It does not grant you any ownership interest in the platform or its content.

10 Limitation of Liability

PKR96 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• PKR96 is not liable for losses resulting from server downtime, connectivity issues, or maintenance periods, provided reasonable notice is given where planned.

• PKR96's total liability to any individual player in connection with a specific event or transaction shall not exceed the amount staked or deposited in connection with that event.

11 Privacy

PKR96 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the PKR96 Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to this data processing as described in that policy.
