Visit pkr96.win/register and fill in the short sign-up form — your name, email address or Pakistan mobile number, a password, and your date of birth to confirm you are 18 or older. A verification code is sent to your mobile or email to activate the account. The whole process takes under two minutes and there is no registration fee.

PKR96 requires a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a proof of current address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and address, dated within the last three months. Documents should be clearly legible. Most verifications are reviewed promptly. Completing KYC is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

No — each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts linked to the same identity, mobile number, or device are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are detected, both may be suspended and balances held pending review. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the password recovery option or contact support rather than creating a new one.

Click the password recovery option on the login page. Enter the email address or mobile number registered to your account and a reset link or one-time PIN will be sent to you. Follow the steps to set a new password. If the reset message does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support at [email protected].

PKR96 is strictly an adult platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use any part of the site. During registration you confirm this, and age is verified again during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately and any balance is voided. Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, provided your account verification is complete and no active wagering requirements are pending on the amount being withdrawn.

Yes. PKR96 sets minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds to keep transactions manageable. The exact amounts vary slightly by payment method but are kept at practical levels suited to Pakistan players. The current limits for each method are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard when you are logged in. There are no deposit fees charged by PKR96 — check with your bank or wallet provider regarding their own transfer charges.

First, confirm the transaction was completed on the JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank side and that funds left your account. If the transfer shows as successful on your end but has not appeared in your PKR96 balance after 30 minutes, contact support via live chat and share the transaction reference number. The team can locate and manually credit the deposit once they confirm it on their end.

The most common reasons for a delayed or declined withdrawal are: account verification not yet completed (KYC documents pending), active bonus wagering requirements not yet met on the withdrawal amount, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account details and your registered identity. Log in and check your account status page for any outstanding requirements. If everything looks correct but the withdrawal is still held, contact support with your transaction ID.

A wagering requirement is the number of times you need to play through a bonus amount before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling PKR 20,000 using that bonus before any winnings become withdrawable. Yes, you can forfeit an active bonus from your account settings at any time. Keep in mind that if you forfeit a bonus, any associated bonus balance and any winnings generated from that bonus will also be removed. Your real money balance that was deposited separately is unaffected. If you are unsure whether to forfeit, contact support to discuss your situation before taking action.

Yes. All PKR96 bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window, the bonus and any winnings from it expire automatically. The expiry date and remaining time are always visible on the Bonuses tab so you can plan accordingly. Logging in regularly ensures you do not miss active bonus windows.

The mobile site is optimised for smaller screens and Pakistan mobile network speeds.

Absolutely. The full PKR96 platform at pkr96.win is accessible from any modern desktop or laptop browser — Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari all work well.
